Hi guys!
Ki Fuuu movie review time is back again.
After being silence a couple of months, we come back with Thriller Movies Part III.
Here, as a different form from Part I and II, we would like you to emphasize only one movie.
Okay, letโs start it!
No Mercy [2010]
“I didn’t think that my head and the pillow were touching until I got to the bed.
My thoughts were running here and there again. I closed my eyes, and it was worse.
I was thinking about the image of him knocking the walker on one heel and
continuously saying blood-curdling words. What should I find fault with?
We are already familiar with Thriller movies like the Korean movie “No Mercy”. In the movies of the great Japanese director Shohei Imamura, In Hutchcock’s thriller movies, In David Lynch’s films, in many new goth films, and then we already know the feeling of Pak Chan-woo’s Oldboy Trilogy and Nam Ho-do’s films. We are not unfamiliar with those films. The characters reach the human paradoxes of everyoneโs mistakes and difficulties, and the audience reaches the same. In the end, the more you can make it better, I don’t know if it should be considered the best of these films.
Even though, those feelings are very bad. The thought of what would happen if we were like them can cause us to continue to develop terrible fears. Watching movies like this is similar to the monkey who has never seen the trouble in the box, keep asking to open it and only understand the trouble when it was bitten by the huge dog coming out from the box.
I can’t ignore these things. I’ve been avoiding such minefields for years since movies like Se7en made me afraid of Phil. In other words, it’s possible that real life is getting more and more boring. Even if it’s a fake feeling, I want to find a calm and cool movie. Anyway, I picked up the movie “No Mercy”.
The movie “No Mercy” was released in 2010 and is always referred to as one of the best thriller movies in the Korean cinema world. Because of such information, I picked up the movie as soon as I got my hands on it. The story should be said to be a race between a criminal medical scientist and a criminal.
If we, the fans, and the people who felt it, were faced with the choices made by Mr. Kan in this movie, would he be able to avoid his own life? I don’t think it would be possible. However, if we were on the side of Lee’s family, we would not be able to completely forgive Mr. Kan definitely.
After I finished the movie, I turned off my laptop and sat in the dark. I was still thinking about the solution to relieve Lee and Saekan. I laid down on the bed, but it still didn’t leave my head. The sound of birds flying in the night sky when the evening light began to disappear.
It immediately reminded me of the last scene of David Fincher’s Se7en movie. Isn’t that scene just like that? The old detective desperately forbids the young detective who is very angry. Don’t kill the guy. If not, you will fail to win.
However, the children of the bullet do not waver in their existence and fulfill their responsibilities. They are faithful to the driver’s current desire for peace.
No Mercy and Se7en’s gunshot children had the same points, which was surprising.
